By booking an appointment, requesting service, submitting a contact form, or receiving services from BoldFix Appliance Repair LLC, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

 

1. Services Provided

 

BoldFix Appliance Repair LLC provides diagnostic, maintenance, and repair services for household appliances. The scope of service is limited to the work discussed during booking or after technician inspection.

 

2. Bookings and Appointments

 

Service appointments may be requested by phone, email, website form, or other approved booking methods.

 

All bookings are subject to technician availability, service area coverage, and confirmation.

 

We reserve the right to reschedule, refuse, or cancel a booking if service is unavailable, unsafe, or outside our service area.

 

3. Estimates and Approval

 

A diagnostic visit may be required before a final quote is provided.

 

Any additional repairs or parts must be approved by the customer before work is performed.

 

Prices may vary depending on appliance condition and required parts.

 

4. Payment Terms

 

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

By booking a service, you agree to pay all approved charges related to diagnostics, labor, and parts.

 

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

 

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

 

Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a service fee.

 

6. Customer Responsibilities

 

Customers agree to:

 

Provide accurate information during booking

Ensure safe and accessible working conditions

Disclose relevant appliance issues

7. Warranty

 

We provide a 90-day limited warranty on labor and installed parts.

 

This warranty does not cover:

 

Misuse or neglect

Pre-existing damage

Improper installation by others

External causes (power surges, water damage, etc.)

8. Limitation of Liability

 

We are not responsible for issues caused by misuse, neglect, or pre-existing damage.

 

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service provided.

 

9. Parts and Delays

 

Repair timelines may vary depending on parts availability.

 

We are not responsible for delays caused by suppliers or shipping carriers.
